Join Zelda Hotaling and I as we explore the four directions through the first for sacred dream circles, guided meditations, drumming, and breath practices. This is a 5-week course happening every Tuesday evening in March. Classes are on Zoom from 7-8:30 EST. Classes will be recorded and sent to registrants in case you miss attending a class.
