Drawing on his diverse fitness background in fitness training, may thai training, and yoga instruction, he has a unique understanding of how the body functions.

    The way John works with clients is part trainer and part teacher. He wants his clients to one day reach the point where they won’t need him. He wants them to have the tools so they can feel comfortable entering a gym and creating workouts for themselves. He also works with clients to build workouts that they enjoy.
